You realize you're supposed to increase your deadlift by at least 10lbs in-between progressions, right? I was able to get 500lb DL within 6 months of starting lifting and got 405 my first time ever lifting.

I didn't focus on deadlifts too much compared to squats. Since I was running so much I focused always on my legs.
