Does anyone here do fullbody routine?
Splits are just too boring for me and I love the fullbody effect pump after, and they are simple af.
My routine:
Squat/deadlift (5/3/1)
Row/weighted pull up 5 sets
Bench/ohp(5/3/1)+jokers
arms
FxxFxxFxxF....
No, because I'm taxed by the end of my workout, and can't lift optimally.
Fullbody in just a single day kills your gains. Your body won't have enough time to repair all the muscles.
