Have it, but I don't think it ever bothered my sleep. Ever since I upped my gym workouts and cleaned up diet, I just sleep like a rock now.

You talked to doctor about it? Could be other shit like polypips or something.

I had a deviated septum. Had surgery, don't think there's any other way to treat it.
Surgery and recovery isn't terrible.

>have big nose all my life
>break nose downward in college(not to either side) by face planting off bike
>bad enough to hurt like shit for months, not bad enough to merit surgery
>2 years later I have difficulty breathing through left nostril and my nose is still big and ugly
>want to get surgery but not sure if insurance would cover
>afraid of getting surgery because my big nose is one of my defining features, everybody would notice and judge me for my vanity which, despite the need to fix my breathing, is very much there and my main personal reason for getting surgery
>if I couldn't fix my nose aesthetic I'd probably be fine with having fucked up breathing the rest of my life
