The program looks great but lots of guys seem to hate it. I was thinking of trying it out since my lifts have stalled and the 2 strength days might be useful. Any insights?

I've been getting good gains from it, both size and strength. Varying using dumbbells and barbells for bench/OHP has made me go from a pathetic bencher to "kinda weak" in relation to my other lifts and size. Ive removed some accessories (there are like 1 billion of them srsly) and added more dips/pullups. The main thing I don't like is that you are supposed to rotate squats and DL's. I'm still increasing those lifts though, but not as much as the upper body ones.
This said, i used to do a brosplit 4x and I imagine that the "real" difference is hitting the same muscles twice a week instead of one.
