110lbs 5'7
Been tryna to bulk but alot of times when I eat a large meal I get the feeling of puking I can resist for a few seconds but eventually I puke. This is after I have eaten the entire meal. Its really stressing me out. Shits really making me depressive. I have to put alot of fucking effort to eat an entire big meal and then that shit happens. Anyone know why this might be?
My only solution so far has been to use weight gainers and I cant even down an entire shake at once I have to split it up.

Don't eat too much in one sitting, space it out more, maybe 6 meals a day or more.

Just eat smaller and more frequently man. Don't literally force feed yourself.

Don't bulk too quickly either I know you might think of a bodyweight goal and rush to it but you can't force muscle growth either.

I recommend you just eat healthier but higher calorie foods that are relatively small for the calories.

Peanut butter - 100grams is 660 calories and has 30grams protein.
Avocados - basically all fat but the good kind.
Bananas - easy and 100+ calories per one
Sugar - drinks are a particular favourite I use to fill in calorie gaps. I eat 4000 calories a day and doing that through pure meals is pretty damn difficult as my appetite isn't always that great
Oils - I tend to sway away from this one as I'm not a fan of oils for health reasons but right now you're 110lbs which is underweight

Keep at it too, eat smaller meals frequently then just up the portion size when you can. I know your struggle, I used to be 168 at 6'8 now I'm 215, I used to think I ate a lot and compared to average calories, yeah it was but not enough. You can do it brother.

No problem. Just don't go too hard trust me, it'll be a bad mistake, as long as you just go slowly 0.5lb a week you're making progress and you'll look good with lifting too.
