Not related to working out or hitting the gym

Since there's no boards for health-related stuff, I'll post it here.

If I follow a daily routine paired with a certain sleep schedule for like, a week or two, and then end up breaking that cycle, even if for a day or two -- going to bed later and waking up late, for example -- it feels like my organism will have an ENORMOUS amount of trouble getting back into the cycle. I don't really know how to explain it. Is this different for all people? Is this some sort of chemical stuff inside my body? What do you call it, and what exactly causes it?

Somewhat related, if I go to bed late and wake up late, I experience an unwillingness to not only get out of bed, but to do anything at all. It feels like some sort of force is pushing down on me and I have no motivation for anything. Has anyone experienced this? Is this some sort of chemical imbalance or something? I also feel like I'm a type of person that just wants to stay up late. Is it just a matter of discipline or is there something else?

Any natural stuff I can consume to help me with this? Maybe some specific types of food? What about pills or something? Or better yet, what sort of activities, mindset, and rules should I apply?

This may sound benign, but it really affects me to the point where it feels like depression or something. It really fucks me up inside.

No alcohol or drugs
Use a sleep calculator to help wake up in correct cycle
Less fap also helps

Ok, but as far as the alcohol goes, should I really not consume it at all? Or is like a beer every now and then harmless? Either way, I already don't drink alcohol. I do it rarely.
