TGUs are fucking hard to do, man.
For me, it's not a question of form, it's just stabilizing the weight.
Should I be using a lighter kettlebell? I'm using a 35 lbs KB, and I've done a decent amount of lifting, and I'm a fairly athletic person, but goddamn. Doing swings and one handed swings with the 35 lbs KB isn't a problem, just a good workout.
Am I fucking my shoulders?

Bump for dem saucy KB exercises
they are a meme workout, do, press, push press or jerk for reps (>100), thank me later
I feel like you answered your own question. They're tiring because your stabilizer muscles arent on par with your other muscles.
you need to focus on stabilizer muscle exercises first for a few week before you do turkish get ups to avoid injury.

It's not useless for me. I practice grappling and MMA. KB workouts are god tier for combat sports.

GTFO you dumb fag. Show me one Elite level MMA fighter that uses KB.
We do these in crossfit(lol) but the movements are so specific I always forget them. But I agree they are a sleeper workout, seems much easier than they actually are. I also use 35lb KBs
