Plank and really squeeze dem glutes
strengthen glutes

went to the physio the other day because of back pain. surprise surprise, it was because of tight hip flexors. I suggest you do this test, if positive look up how to do lung stretches properly and do them at least three times a day, holding for 30 s

been following this for about two weeks and my back pain is way better, the tilt also seems to be disappearing
lie on floor. palms down and a little away from your body. lift head up. press tongue to the roof of your mouth as hard as you fucking can for 10 secs. do this everyday until you area able to do 10 reps.
but don't do this just by itself. do exercises and especially core. your butt is important. i had pretty much everything int his pic and sovled it by doing what i just said. i aldo trained jujutsu which helped a lot so it might take a little longer for you than it took me. (it took me 2 months)
that said, here are some core workout examples:
glute bridge, single leg hip raise. (ass)
wide pull ups, wide push ups, rows, dips. (back)
leg raises (don't just do em up and down, get the obliques working) (abs)
standing dumbbell flyes (maybe)
