Hey guys,
I'm looking for a routine to put emphasis on my upper back, shoulders and posterior chain (physiques like Klokov, Sarychev, Wheels or even Chris Bumstead,... just a "powerful" physique).
What's the best routine for these type of physique and why? UL 3x week, PPL 2x week, or split rotation (day 1 back day 2 chest day 3 legs day 4 shoulders day 5 repeat) ?

Do a lot of pulling and overhead pressing. Look at Jamie Lewis's older stuff and go nuts. You definitely don't need a split, full body is true masterrace comrade.
