I would recommend Mauy Thai (striking) and BJJ (grappling). They're relatively advanced martial arts however, prepare to work your ass off.

Judo is more of a sport than than a self defence system, and boxing is like muay thai without the knees and elbows.

BJJ takes a lot of time and consistency to get anywhere even remotely competent at.

So I'd say get a year or two of muay Thai in and then go full bore into bjj.
