I will admit that low carbs will speed up the weight loss process or maybe even help someone who is stalling.

However you don't need to eat zero carbs to lose weight.
I'm still cutting with 80-120g of Carbs a day.
Just eat complex carbs, eat the bulk of them on your training days, don't over do it.
