Using sand to weigh down a boxing bag what can I pad it out with in the middle to make it lighter?

cloth
If I wanted to pad out my boxing bag with something I'd ask for your 1 rep max

It's an old bag I found in the garage I filled it out with sand and it weighed 90kg and the bracket won't hold it so I need to lighten it up abit. and in case you were wondering 110B 165S and 190DL
Most heavy bags are filled with scraps of cloth, not sand.

Heavy bag should e around half your weight and not too hard. Fill it with clothes and rags like everyone else.
Sounds pussy but a hard, ehavy bag will make your punches weaker because the muscles in your shoulders become super tight after a while.
Don't believe me? Try it out.
Btw, I used rubber granules because everyone said they are the shit. They aren't. they're just shit.

lmao you fuckmoron. if that's your reasoning then get a water tilled punching bag
Mine has bags of sand on the bottom half. After a while they became like hitting cement because all the sand compacted on the very bottom. The top half has scraps of shredded fabric like >>42493933

I took the bags out and spaced them out more evenly and put some more cloth in from old shredded shirts.
