Not sure where to ask this, basically when I lift or flex my muscles in my arm while it's bent, and I try to straighten it, it will just lock up in the elbow, and it won't even pop. It's just stuck. I don't know how I'll be able to put on some weight if this stuff is happening. Prevents me from doing a lot of exercises...
Does anyone even lift here? No way no one has ever encountered someone who's got this problem.
