/fit/ you are my last chance, anyone here managed to solve dry mouth?

don't take caffeine, don't smoke, don't drink alcohol very often, drink a shitload of water but nothing seems to help, breath through my nose, but always have dry as fuck mouth and lips.

bubblegum is nice but doesn't do much as soon as i stop, and i can't be chewing 24h like a retard

You might be prediabetic. Your kidneys might be working overtime to flush out all the excess sugar in your blood and its leaving you dehydrated. Cut out refined sugar and most carbs from your diet for 3 weeks and see what happens.
