This is kind of true. Once I started tracking my diet I realised how few calories I was getting in my ‘normal’ diet. It was sub 1k. That’s why every few days I couldn’t resist the urge to binge on takeaway, sugar snacks and booze. It wasn’t even intentional, I thought had a high calorie diet and I was just being a pig on those days.
Cutting at around 1.5k now, always feel full and don’t feel the urge to binge. Track your cals.

It has NOTHING to do with how many meals you eat a day. Its how much water you drink per day. Drinking more water allows the fat molecules to bind and you just pee them out I saw it on Dr. Oz. Now who are you going to trust a doctor or these instagram idiots?
