How much stretching is necessary to increase flexibility/mobility? Some people say no more than 30s, others recommend 5-10 minute holds. How much is too much?

This one takes about 30 minutes for me, but i skip the ass ball rolling because i don't have a ball.
This routine helped me a lot in squats, i used to get Hip Adductor pulls constantly, no longer.

Think about it like lifting: 3-5 sets of increasing intensity

Set 1: light stretch, 10s
Set 2: strong stretch, 20s
Set 3: max stretch, 30s

This will increase flexibility/mobility. It will also leave you super loose, like too loose, so go for a walk after.

Also, DO NOT do this before/after massage or before/after sauna.
