Am I overtraining? I can never really tell but I am often fatigued.
So I have been lifting for over a year and half. Current routine is

5x5 Pendley Rows
5x5 bodyweigh dips

3 x 10-12 skull crushers
3 x 10-12 extensions
C
5x5 Squat
5x5 Press
5x5 Deadlift
3 - 5x12 pullups
3x12 Koklov Press
3x12 Lateral Raises
3x12 shrugs
D (Either press day or push day)
All 3x12

Would this be negatively effecting me in terms of gains, I like to push myself but anyone with experience know if this is too much?

Press is 55kg
Bench is 90kg

How about you actually do TM? 50 heavy deadlifts a week is funnily enough, too much. TM has a 4 day variation which might suit you. Having a light day in the middle of the week is literally key to progressing on TM. If you wanna train more often go for canditos six week program. I've made crazy gains on it, especially on a bulk.
