Aside from the traditional style of cutting (just staying in a calorie deficit for a long period of time) is there any alternative way to do this to make it less hard.
What I'm asking basically is, could I do something like this.
Maintenance = 3000 calories
Week 1 - 2500 calories
Week 2 - 2200 calories
Week 3 - 1900 calories
Week 4 - 2500 calories
Week 5 - 2200 calories
Week 6 - 1900 calories
Repeat until fat loss has occurred, so basically I start on normal deficit, then enter a greater deficit, then I get 1 week with a massive deficit, but then I return back to a normal deficit the following week.
What does /fit/ think about something like this? Doable?
Or am I just better off going aggressive as fuck from the very start until all my desired fat-loss has occurred?
Say cutting on 2000 calories, etc.
