Ive been training abs lately and like my upper abs are looking spicy but theres some fat covering my lower abs like on my stomach. How would I get rid of that fat without losing gains?

Nah it's net negative because you get less calories from consuming it than it it takes to produce. HOWEVER the calories are partly carbs so make sure that you calculate the macros properly (I estimate about 60-40 carbs-protein).
