I start work, out of college, in a new city in four weeks (consulting). I've lost a ton of weight because of marathon training (180-->160).

I hear the two weeks we have for training is a real party. Should I bulk hard before then? I have gotten kinda skinny because of all the distance running.

you look pretty lean, might as well bulk moderately until you hit 15% or so

screw bulking. get on dat dere kenyan time. best running shape I was ever in I was 128 (5'8) ripped to phukking shreds. People will still mire as long as you are tan. I got looks and catcalls from both men and women. It was unreal the amount of attention I was getting with my shirt off.
