I don't get the keto hate, it's ridiculous.
Keto is fantastic. I cut keto exclusively. Stock up on eggs, non-processed sausage, and green vegetables, and eat as much as you want. That pyramid infographic you have is pretty spot on, but I eat a lot more meat than I do dairy.

Sure beats cutting without keto and being hungry 24/7. Though I would bulk with carbs if I wasn't on keto to control my migraines.
OP, this graph is spot on. Just make sure to stay below 30g of carbs, to get your protein as usual and remember that fat is a cap (depending on hunger/weight goals)
Just do ADF. You'll thin out incredibly quickly without all the drawbacks of keto.
