The fat on my face is disproportionate to the fat on the rest of my body, you can see my ribs but my cheeks look like a fucking chipmunk's. I know spot reduction doesn't work but i'm at 8-12% body fat and i don't want to eat at a caloric deficit because i don't want it risk my gains, how can i help get rid of this fat without eating less?

Basically if you swallow by sucking in your cheeks, the buccinator muscles get larger and give you the appearance of chubby cheeks
also its possible or even likely that youre not really at 12% body fat
