I'm 18m, 5'9 130 pounds, 12-15% body fat. I eat 2500+ calories a day (about 60g protein).
Want to become bigger and fitter, but I have no access to a gym. My only workout equipment is a pullup/chinup bar and a rowing machine.
For the past few months I've been doing an impromptu workout regime and have had some results, gained 10 pounds and body fat unchanged:
10 chinups, 10 diamond pushups, 15 situps, 1 minute break. As many repetitions as possible. Next day jog 4 miles. One day break.
Is there anything else i can do to improve or will my body type just hold me back.
Any help of any kind highly appreciated, including changes to my workout or my diet.
