Do you have a bench or just the dumbbells?
>>42488721
Just the dumbbells, but would any surface where I could lie down with my legs perpendicular to the floor function as a bench?
>>42488762
It would sure as hell make it safer (and less stressful on joints) with heavy dumbbells when it comes to fly-type lifting

You can actually use the floor for a lot of exercises and you can use any solid surface for a lot of others. For example, you can dumbbell "bench" press from the floor. It will have a limited range of motion, but it's safer for your shoulders anyway. You can use a bench, chair, or whatever to put your hands & knees to do rows from the floor.

much thanks bros

Since you only have 1 of each, except the 25s, you can actually do all of these exercises 1 handed. The deadlifts can even be done one leg at a time.
