Can i achieve Tyson mode with this regiment?

Daily Regimen (7 days a week):

5 AM: Get up and go for a 3 mile jog

6 AM: Come back home, shower, and go back to bed

10 AM wake up: Eat oatmeal

12 PM: Do ring work (10 rounds of sparring)

2 PM: Have another meal (steak and pasta with fruit juice)

3 PM: More ring work and 60 mins on the exercise bike

5 PM: 2000 sit-ups, 500-800 dips, 500 press-ups, 500 shrugs with a 30kg barbell, and 10 mins of neck exercises

7 PM: Steak and pasta meal with fruit juice

8 PM: Another 30 minutes on the exercise bike then watch TV and go to bed

Mike Tyson had vigor.
You're not EXERCISING fucker, you're TRAINING. Remember that. There's a difference. Doing a shit ton of sit-ups? No. A shit ton of sit-ups, russian twists, L-sits, roman chair work, hollow body hold, cable wood choppers/sledge hammer swings; the word is CORE not 'sit-ups'.

Same with your upper body shit. You don't even have pull-ups in there. No power cleans, no rowing, no deadlifts, no push ups, no handstands (builds stabilizers, all those small important muscles involved in delivering solid punches), you got no variation. And your neck work should be doubled at least.

Throw in some strongman work as well. Not to mention that measly 3 miles... dude that's 20 minutes. You should be running 10 miles, 15 miles over the course of a day. There's light day s of course, but most days are TRAINING days.

You should be training to be a fighter and a victor, not exercising to not lose in a boxing match.

Here's what you should fit in:
>1 minute reps
>min/max contraction reps (as relaxed or tense as possible)
>leg exercise variations
>plyometrics (explosive elastic POWER training)
>vigor and vitality and beastly willpower
