Answers That Don't Deserve Their Own Threads
Circadian Rhythm edition

1. Sleep the same hours every night. The optimal hours to be awake are in correlation with First Light and Last Light each day. Unfortunately that time changes each day with the passing season, but it's approximately 4am to 8pm. Modern society has shifted this time unnaturally due to hourly employment, the invention of the electric light, and TV; so now your options to be awake are either 6am-10pm or or 8am-midnight. If your lifestyle allows it, 4am-8pm is still best.

2. Whichever you choose MAKE IT CONSISTENT 7 days per week! Even if it's the weekend, wake up at the same time you always do.

3. In addition to above, get some exposure to natural sunlight everyday. It doesn't have to be direct, just looking out your window for a few minutes is good.

4. Coffee fucks up your adrenal glands. Try to get off your coffee addiction ASAP. Supplementing L-tyrosine can help.

It's addictive, and leads to adrenal fatigue syndrome. It's not just coffee, it's all caffeine.

When you drink coffee (or intake a lot of caffeine in general), your body releases cortisol and epinephrine, both of which aren't good for your gains.
