DAE just not eat in large quantities or very often? I usually buy bulk raw food from Costco so that if I want to eat I have to put a lot of effort into making food, so I only eat when I'm fucking famished. That's how I've managed staying 68 kilos while not working out. Anyone else do something similar?
I've been cutting with one 1500 cal meal a day for about a month.
Saves a lot of time not preparing 2 or more meals a day.
