On a statin at the age of 22. It's kind of humiliating to be on a statin at this age but at the same time, I don't want to die either. Anybody else on this or have hypertension or something and have to be cognizant of what you eat?

I'm 18 and I have a really high bp 140/100 i think.
I am quite heavy so idk (215 @ around 20bf). Also take shit tons of creatine.
