I just bought a bottle of BCAA /fit/
Should I expect anything, or I just got meme'd?
You got memed.
The only *potential* use for BCAAs is for use during fasted cardio to prevent any chance of muscle catabolism.
Otherwise waste of money. BCAAs are found in literally every source of protein worth a damn. The supp companies try their best to never mention this.

Okay, thanks. I'm thinking of just taking them preworkout along with coffee
It's ok if you are into some crazy shredding diet, preparing for some bodybuilding championship or something. Because you'll obviously heavily cut your ratio and you won't get sufficient amount of those aminos from your food - it will help you to save as much meat as you can. Other than that it's just a waste of money as you should get sufficient amount of BCA from your daily diet, plus you will eventually get it from protein shakes if you buy any.

It's a waste for cutting and fasted cardio too.
The difference it makes to just a higher protein food diet while cutting is negligible.
Clen is also cheaper and way more effective
I sip BCAA during my workout and they seem to really help recovery.
