good cardio for further glutification is unironically crosstrainer/elliptical.
Don't grab onto the bars on attached to the actual cycle bit. grab onto the stationary ones. Keep your core and hips solid and don't move your body up or down (basically you're doing everything through quads instead of using your body weight). Put it on a high resistance. I guarantee you your ass and quads will feel it.
