Anyone have experience trying to lose weight and maintain/build strength. I've been on keto since March, down from 340 to 265 since then. Hit PRs on the big three in April. Since then I'm not able to come close.
Wondering if staying on keto and doing 5/3/1 will let me have the best of both worlds or if I should hit my goal body weight then work on rebuilding strength

honestly, congrats
but keto will not sustain strength/gains long term
figure out a diet more adaptable to what you want to achieve

That's a damn lot of weight. What bf% are you at now?

I think it was like 32 or 28% back in June at 275

Right now though, what would you say you're probably around?
That's damn good work. Also, I just started a keto cut. What calories were you eating for most of it, and with what kind of macros. So far, I've been doing 1500 calories @ 140/95/20 protein/fat/carb.

I have no idea what I'm at now honestly.
I started keto keeping daily net carbs below 50. Used myfitnesspal with my weight and activity level being light, I started at about 2800 calories daily to lose 1.5 lbs/week. Macros were 65% fat, 30% protein, 5% carbs
