Same except I put my reads on leg day and alternate and do sets of pull ups to failure in my pull days. Trying to grow my upper body and it's working.

This is okay. Personally, I just do a squat variation on Push day and a deadlift variation on Pull day.
Push/Pull 2x a week, 1 day higher reps, 1 day low reps.

All my lifting days are usually kept between 1.5-2 hours, most of the time being much closer to 1.5. Back day, however, is often times 2-2:15 simply because I spend so much time between sets because of rehabilitation.

Seconded. I'm doing coolcicada while cutting and it's quality. Made a couple of substitutions but I'm very happy with it and my progress.
