As a fat fucker down 50lbs in 5 months, being given a hand me down fitness tracker gave me a reachable goal to shoot for every day.

Most people think walking isn't useful exercise. Turns out if you make 10k steps your minimum, it really can help.

Anyway ,I've already upgraded to a Garmin for hiking, and it also helps tracking lifts which the old tracker couldn't do.

TL;DR: for motivated fatties it can provide useful guidance and info.

The devices certainly won't do the work. For me, just having an exercise goal I knew I could achieve got me to start, and I took over from there. I go to the gym 6 days a week now.

As for a hooker, if I still can't find a date after I lose this weight I guess I'd consider it. But I wouldn't want to force anyone to fuck me because it's their job, it's bad enough having to serve shitty customers food.
