How do you get rid of underarm jiggle? I've got ton of muscle there. I've been doing ton of cardio. Lost lots of weight and gained muscle. I'm 170-175 at 6' and can lift. But whenever I extend my arm, my hanging muscle jiggles like a fat woman's jelly. How the hell do I fix this? What exercise should I be adding?

Surgery...
You used to be a fatass, don't you?
Excess skin cannot be eliminated with exercise, you can bulk your arms like a maniac, but unless you work your ass out from now to forever to keep them that way it won't last...

Ah, k.
>>42478336
That quite simply is not true. Excess skin recedes very slowly over time.

Ok, then what specific exercises should I be doing then.

why do you care about something so insignificant?

looks identical to my gf

Because it isn't insignificant and it is embarrassing for me since I actually used to be in shape and healthy. Trying to get back in shape is proving rather difficult after nearly a year of trying to fight this jiggly arm crap.

>my hanging muscle jiggles
muscle doesnt hang or jiggle, triceps is under constant tension, you're just fat
>>42477706
localized fat loss is not possible so there's no way to fix it, get more muscle or lose more fat, but you may have to get super low % if for some reason your arm fat decides to leave last.
or just get used to it and play up your other strengths
