If you really want to look close to Big Boss, do wood choppers. Don't have wood to chop? Get a big rubber tire and mallet. You can simulate wood chopping by slamming the mallet into the tire. Once that gets easy, put your head in between and fix whatever fucking brain damage you currently have.
