How can /fit/ ever recover?

They're obviously by the same person but he's not wrong. I mean there's nothing really wrong with SS or strength training if you want, but too much of /fit/ thinks strength training is necessary to get big and aesthetic.

Anyone who does SS for longer than a year is a certifiable retard.

This post makes no sense.
The first day I came to /fit/, I made a post saying I was tired of lifting only 3x a week because I was bored and was told to do a brosplit and/or PHUL. There's probably someone doing a brosplit routine that can be renamed into a PPL routine. If you told him to PPL/PHUL he would have ate that shit up.
No shit the word "brosplit" has negative connotations.
>some people can't differentiate between a good time and honest advice
Welp, their loss.
brosplits are hated because the're just a bunch of random exercises slapped onto eachother and have no real progression
if you dont progress trainingwise how are you going to progress bodywise
Low rep sets are as good for hypertrophy as high rep sets
