I'm back on construction site fitting windows (we carry and fit the frames and glaze them)
I'm be doing long days so I'm changing my routine from lifting 5x swimming 2x and boxing circuit 2x TO 3.1.1
So I've been looking around and I'm thinking the Doug Hepburn workout
Upper Body
Press from Stands (out of the rack, if you prefer)
Bench Press
Two-hands Curl
Lower Body
Squat
Rows
Deadlift
First 3-4 months:
one set of 5 at 50%
60% x 1
70% x 1
80% x 1
4-10 singles @ 90% (“A Routine”)
