Hey guys, I have this problem with one of my arms. Basically, when I work out, one of my arm gets super swole and I can feel all the supporting muscles in my pecs, shoulders, back. But the arm I have problem with just seems to have a bad connection with my shoulder, it's like that arm is lifting by itself with no help from supporting muscles in my chest, back, and shoulders.
A few reasons why, it's the arm I use the computer mouse with, so YEARS of having that arm and shoulder leaned forward out of place. Maybe a muscle imbalance. I can really tell how weak this arm is when I do machine rear delt flys, I barely have any power pulling back in that motion on that arm.. PLEASE HELP.
Is there ANY advice you can give me to aid this?

Good to hear I'm not alone. The only thing I can think to fix it is to do more back and shoulder work with dumbbells

I have a similar problem where my arm/shoulder uses more muscles then it should when I do chest because I had surgery on my right pec so it will always be a bit weaker. Kind of annoying because my arms have slight variances as well as my chest but I've learned to live with it. Doesn't reallt matter as long as I still look good. I have accepted I don't have perfect aesthetics. Now it's a matter of doing the best with what I got.
