Due to personal reasons I had to take a week long break from the gym. Before the break I was just about to hit a 170 kg deadlift, and a 100 kg bench. Now, three weeks later, I can barely lift 160 and 90 kgs. I've been running 5/3/1 Who Was CNS? for about 7 months, and am currently thinking about switching it up. Is it a good idea? and what would /fit/ recommend for powerlifting (or just getting stronger in general) purposes?
