Because most vegans are recent converts and were already sickly unhealthy betas.

Anyone that's been a hardcore diet adherent for decades probably has had a healthy lifestyle to go along with it, which is probably why they are fit and healthy :thinking:

All the hardcore vegans I know are skinny, smelly 25-35 year olds with shitty facial hair.

I only know one vegan personally. He fits the stereotype. Wispy, round-shouldered. He has a goofy laugh, too.

The only older people I've met who both looked healthy and had adhered to any diet without meat were just vegetarians, who also frequently enjoyed things like cheese and butter, some of them even ate eggs.

Veganism around the area I live in was unheard of about 5 years ago. It's only popular with skinny, drug abusing counter culture "men" and women who couldn't tell you the first "reason" why they eat the diet they do that wasn't feelings based.

All the vegans I know just jumped the bandwagon as a mandatory part of the SJW libcuck package.

Modern leftist men are the most emaciated betas to ever exist and for them, going vegan because tumblr told them so is a given choice.
