Hello for/fit'ers.
I've broke my bones on a trip(long story short, a 100kg/220lb guy dropped at my arm from 5m high - accident while climbing trees for fruits).
It's loco typico(broken and moved handwrist like on a photo).
I'm looking for some decent diet to improve healing. I've allready cut on calories and put more spinach, oranges and fish into my diet. What else there is that can help me heal faster?
Milk increases bone density and bone turnover. It is particularly powerful if you do not currently drink milk normally.
Should help.
Also vitamin D and B12, and anything to increase blood circulation. So cardio and maybe check into red Ginseng.
Not that I think any of it will make a noticeable difference, but since you asked.

Why would you cut on calories at a time you need them the most?

I've only cut them from 3200 to 2800(was going to bulk a little bit, sorry I didn't mention it).
Ostarine/Deca desu, they're known for their healing properties. Maybe mk677 too
