hey fit just wondering can i not eat after i workout? 1hour before i trained i had a huge meal around 2000calories and i am still full after i have trained. will that meal give still give me the postworkout nutrition?

You dummy, you're supposed to eat a snack before your workout, THEN eat a large meal afterwards. you still feel full because blood flow has been diverted AWAY from your gut due to the anaerobic efforts that are lifting. Now you're going to have diarrhea from misdigesting 2000 calories of food, be sure to enjoy the hell out of that. Next time you'll know better.

Also this. If you can eat a heavy meal before going to the gym and NOT get sick and puke, then you're not working very hard at all.
