Whatever i'm eating i'm getting bloated and stomach looks like fucking fatso shit. I'm far from fit, but also far from fat: 5'9"/140lb
Tried every food considered healthy, unhealthy, eating 2 or 5 times a day, low carb/balanced/etc.
I got flat stomach only when i'm fasting for 2 days. One day i've eaten jar of butterscotch and beef, altogether something about 2700 kcal. Guess what, my stomach was flat.

I have the same problem, I don't even eat much, but it seems like there is a chemical reaction happening in my stomach after a meals which produces gas to no end, and bloats my stomach to look like it's pregnant.
Same for liquids as well it seems.
It only goes away like 2 or 3 hours after eating. Which is pretty bad, it means I can't eat or drink those 2 hours before lifting, although I'd like to, for increased energy. On the other hand, if I go lifting when bloated it's really uncomfortable.

i have the same problem, i have abs but my stomach looks like i'm a fucking starving african child, the lower part hangs out more especially when i'm relaxed
it can look normal if i suck it in but it's difficult to do that all the time
