kinda. you can definitely gain strength since youre new. most noob gains arent actually muscle growth but an increase in neuromuscular activity. this doesnt apply to experienced lifters

in addition to that you can all go through a body recomp, where you lose fat and gain muscle but this only applies if youre fat, not a skelly. your body needs something to work with

Your body will burn fat for energy and use the food you eat to put on mass. This only works unitl you are low BF%, at which point you won't be able to get any bigger because of simple thermodynamics. Just eat more dumbass
