The only possible way for you to go "Viral mode" is to have not particularly wide shoulders.

As long as you have narrow ish shoulders you should get this automatically, but if you have broad shoulders then you're out of luck friend.

Shoulders and ribcage simply aren't narrow enough to go this mode. Are you a flat chested grill?

I may be wrong but I'm under the impression that your ribcage won't be wider than your shoulders.

pic related is the best I could find with a quick google search. This may be the real life equivalent. I'm sure things get even narrower but as far as likeliness for OP to have these proportions is unlikely.

I would suggest getting jacked first then finding what mode you'll naturally achieve. Just a thought.
