Are any dental fags online?

Recently both of the premolars on the top row of my teeth chipped/where one molar met the other. It got chipped after months of eating granola bars, one day i bit too hard and it just broke.

So now there are basically two holes from
The crown of both tooths that extend all the way to the gums. When I eat bread it eventually slips out the side.
They don't hurt, but recently when I ate on the left side, no matter how soft the food was I felt an intense pain in my gums at the area, until I removed it.

Do I need to get it filled or a root canal. I'm too poor to visit the dentist right now
