No offense but that body will look 100% average union laborer under most conditions other than great lighting, photo and a pump. If your serious though, you should do SS but focus more on bench and OHP than squat and dead. A physique like that is worthless without core and chain strength

ive been doing 5x5 for a year but i fucked up my right leg because my squat form was bad, then i corrected it after i healed but my bench and ohp are disproportionate so i guess im on the right track

honestly this is the average sort of body i had myself back in college

nothing really noteworthy about it but it makes you feel decent and normal. i'd almost rather have this than someone a body objectively better because at that point you're like "ok i've got a great body but i'm out of everyone's league, what's the point"

with this body you're like "ok it's just decent like most others, it's about average. cool"
