Just jam a knife small into the lid, close to the edge, and just go around like that. That's literally how a can opener works. I've seen it done with a blunt rock in a tight situation, so it should be easy with whatever you've got lying around at home

OP here. This is the first time in my life I have seen this type of can. Where I live we don't use this type of cans. I ordered it online and it seems to be made in some other country.

do it with a knife. Put the tip of the knife at the edge of the can. With your non-dominant hand hold the can in place and with your fingers hold the cheek of the knife.
Press the knife with your dominant hand hard enough so it penetrates the can
Now repeat until you can open the lid with your hand
