I sort of made myself follow through with my personal goals by writing up exactly how and why I'm going to accomplish them, but always quit within the next couple of weeks or so.
I realized that I would never really follow through with them and ended up sperging out this piece of autism.
If I ever feel like I'm losing motivation I reread this. It's worked so far (4 months in).
