Day 8 of my water fast. Kind of affecting my work (office, I am an accountant), but feeling better about myself. 33, 6'1. Went from 200 to 186 so far. Probably not a lot of water as I was keto for several weeks before fasting. Lost an inch on my waist.

I don't think medical supervision is required. Maybe be if you go over 20 or 30 days. I have a glucose meter and bp cuff. No I am not diabetic.

Need a lot of willpower tho. And I plan for another week or two. I'm sick and tired of being an obese faggot.

Day 14+ you might start throwing up all the water you drink and feeling sick in general, that will probably affect your office work.

OP just be very careful when you start eating again, veggie juice (no sugar) and yogurt for a day or 2.
